“Dear God,
Thank You for this day and for bringing us together.
Thank You for our country and for the freedom we enjoy.
As we sing today, help our hearts remember You —
the One who blesses us, protects us, and fills us with joy.
May all we do honor You and bring hope to one another.
In Jesus’ name,

- Maintain eye contact and gentle smiles

- Children enter or begin moving
- Hold Bibles up, then down
- Walk slowly in a square formation

“Jesus take this heart of mine…”

- Children gently place Bibles in the center of the floor
- Walk in a circle around the Bibles
- Sway back and forth as they walk

“Yes, Jesus loves me…”

- Children pick up their Bibles
- Lift them up once, then lower them
- End with Bibles held close to the chest
