Simple Leadership Structure
Implementation is straightforward.
- Appoint a Coordinator — one point person connects with care facility activity directors and schedules visits
- Contact the Activity Director — download the <em>Contact Care Home Activity Director</em> script
- Select a Program — choose based on your group’s size, age, and availability
- Recruit Participants — start with a small, committed group — others will follow
- Schedule and Serve — begin with one visit, then build consistency
Time Commitment (Manageable and Predictable)
